Cristina Duffy When I was little we would pick up fast food chicken nuggets and I always asked for tons of honey mustard sauce. I really enjoy sweet and sour flavors and the taste of this dressing is irresistible. I also like this sauce with the chicken colombinas served at children’s parties; small, golden brown thighs that pair perfectly with this sauce. This time I’m presenting it with juicy salmon fillets that can be served with your favorite vegetables and a bit of rice. This recipe is perfect for everyone to admire your culinary skills. Ingredients

Salt and pepper to taste

tablespoons mustard

tablespoons honey

teaspoon brown sugar

    Heat the oven using the broiler setting.

    Lightly grease a baking dish and set the salmon fillets in it.

    Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix the mustard, honey and sugar in a bowl.

    Cover the surface of each fillet in the sauce.

    Bake the fish for about 10 minutes; be sure it’s cooked thoroughly, but still juicy.
