Halibut mango ceviche is a truly refreshing dish full of flavor and color. It’s a white fish ceviche mixed with fresh ingredients such as mango, parsley, lime, cilantro and onion. You can make it for home or to take to a meeting or get-together. If you take it to a get-together I recommend serving it in a Martini glass, as the color of the ingredients will make it look really nice.
