Halibut mango ceviche is a truly refreshing dish full of flavor and color. It’s a white fish ceviche mixed with fresh ingredients such as mango, parsley, lime, cilantro and onion. You can make it for home or to take to a meeting or get-together. If you take it to a get-together I recommend serving it in a Martini glass, as the color of the ingredients will make it look really nice. Here is the recipe in case you want to make it any time soon. I hope you enjoy this ceviche as much as I enjoy it.

  • 1 1/2 pounds of skinless boneless halibut cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
