Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 ripe large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, washed and finely chopped

Directions

    In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper.

    Add mango, tomato, red onion and jalapeno.

    Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Sprinkle cilantro just before serving.

    Worried about the heat? Simply remove the vein and seeds from the jalapeno, or just don't add any for a sweeter salsa.
