Ingredients

tablespoons peanut butter

tablespoons water

tablespoon soy sauce

tablespoon oil

tablespoon honey

tablespoon apple vinegar

- 1/2 chopped jalapeño, deseeded

lb boneless chicken breast

    Put all the ingredients, minus the chicken, in a food processor or blender. Process until a creamy sauce is obtained. Taste to check the seasoning and add salt or more jalapeño, if necessary.

    Cut the chicken breast in 16 equal pieces and mix with half the peanut sauce, completely covering each piece. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Heat the grill to medium-high heat.

    String the pieces of chicken on a skewer and grill for 4 minutes on all 4 sides (about 16 minutes), or until the chicken is completely cooked.

    Serve with the reserved peanut sauce.
