Ingredients

  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 6 sheets roasted seaweed, cut into medium sized pieces
  • 1 cups green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups frozen sugar snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  • 1
    Add the broth to a large pot over medium heat. At the first boil add the rest of the ingredients.

    Let cook for 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

    Serve hot.
