Ingredients

oz uncooked ditalini (short tubes) pasta (1 1/2 cups)

large avocados, halved, pitted

tablespoon lemon juice

cloves garlic, finely chopped

tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
3/4
cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1
cup halved yellow cherry tomatoes
1
cup halved red cherry tomatoes
Asiago cheese curls, if desired

    Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Cool; set aside.
  • 2
    Scoop out all but 1/4 inch along edges of avocado halves. Brush exposed surface of avocados with lemon juice; cut remaining avocado into cubes.

    In large bowl, toss garlic with oil, salt and pepper; stir in basil, cubed avocado and tomatoes. Toss with pasta. Spoon into avocado halves. Top with Asiago curls, if desired.
