Natalia Carter Eggs are and will always be one of my favorite ingredients in recipes. From fried to in a pastry, it's amazing how many recipes can be made with them. One tasty summer treat that is always present when my family gets together is dill eggs. It's a different and fresh way to consume protein. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

hard-boiled, peeled and diced eggs (cooked in advance)
Dill to taste

cup finely chopped celery

stalk green onion, finely chopped

tablespoon mayonnaise

tablespoon mustard
Pinch of salt

    Serve in individual glasses, on toast or with crackers.
