There's nothing I like more during these warm spring and summer days than a refreshing crunchy salad made with my favorite vegetables. And to give my salads a bit of taste, there's nothing better than a homemade dressing. I could prepare and eat it everyday, not just because it's so easy to make, but also because of the garlic taste that enhances the salad's flavor. If you're garlic-lover and a salad-lover, this is the dressing for you.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Mexican cream or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons dry parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  • 1
Combine the sour cream, mayo, garlic and pepper in a blender and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • 2
Add the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • 3
Add dry parsley and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
