This cold pasta salad with tuna and vegetables is delicious and very easy to make! My mom would make it often, but would change it a bit to make it with chicken, but her tuna version was always our favorite. I remember always having it around when we went to the beach or pool. My mom's original recipe used mayo and lime, but to give it a more nutritious twist, I like to use Greek Tzatziki sauce. The truth is that it tastes much better and is perfect for anyone who can't eat mayonnaise like my youngest daughter. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (7 oz) tuna
  • 1/2 lb short pasta of your choice, cooked
  • 2 cups Cascadian Farm™ premium organic mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Directions

  • 1
Open the cans of tuna and strain the liquid. Set aside.
  • 2
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until everything is well combined.
  • 3
Keep in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.

Expert Tips

  • tip 1
You can add diced pieces of your favorite cheese.
  • tip 2
