This cold pasta salad with tuna and vegetables is delicious and very easy to make!
My mom would make it often, but would change it a bit to make it with chicken, but her tuna version was always our favorite. I remember always having it around when we went to the beach or pool.
My mom's original recipe used mayo and lime, but to give it a more nutritious twist, I like to use Greek Tzatziki sauce. The truth is that it tastes much better and is perfect for anyone who can't eat mayonnaise like my youngest daughter.
