Ingredients

  • 1 liter of coconut water
  • 1 1/2 cup of fresh shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar, optional

Directions

    You'll need two ice cube trays and a blender.

    Blend the coconut water and shredded coconut, and then add the sugar.

    Fill each ice tray and freeze for 12-24 hours.
