Looking for a sweet that you can enjoy whenever you want and feel good about it? Look no further! These bite-size coconut, date, and chia balls are the perfect snack for when you have a sweet craving... so make a big batch and keep them handy! These are now one of my go-to alternatives whenever I want a sweet bite, but don’t want to eat all that sugar. Probably the best part about them is that I’ve added some chia seeds to the preparation, to give them a crunchy taste and even more goodness. So if you don’t know many ways to incorporate chia into your food, here you have one fun and sweet option! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

tablespoon chia seeds
1/4
cup + 2 tablespoons dried coconut flakes

Directions

    Put the dates, chia seeds, and 1/4 cup coconut flakes in a food processor until a paste forms.
  • 2
    Form small-sized balls with your fingers.
  • 3
    Roll the balls on more dried coconut flakes, pressing a little. Serve.

  • Place the coconut flakes on a plate so it’s easier to roll the balls.
