Every Easter Sunday I prepare a special recipe for the kids. This year I’ll be making bird’s nest cookies; they’re so easy that they don’t require more than 10 minutes to make. They look great and everyone loves them!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (12 Count)
  • 1 bag of candy-coated mini chocolate eggs

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • 2
    Prepare a mini-muffin tray with baking spray.
  • 3
    Cut each cookie in 3 and place one piece in each muffin cup.
  • 4
    Lightly flatten.
  • 5
    Bake for 10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from the oven and place 3 mini eggs on each cookie.

    Bake for 3 more minutes; the cookie should be golden brown.

    Let cool on a rack for 10 minutes.

    Remove from pan and serve.
