Ingredients

Topping

  • 1 1/4 cups Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons frozen (thawed) apple juice concentrate

Parfaits

  • 3 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt strawberry
  • 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

    Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix topping ingredients. Spread evenly in pan.

    Bake about 20 minutes or until almonds are lightly browned, stirring halfway through bake time. Cool 5 minutes.

    For each parfait, in tall narrow glass, place 2 tablespoonfuls yogurt, 1 heaping tablespoon topping and about 2 tablespoons berries. Repeat layers twice. Serve immediately.
