Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 6 wooden skewers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, mixed with sriracha sauce (to taste)

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 450 °F.
  • 2
    Thread the cauliflower florets on the kebabs. Arrange the 6 kebabs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil. Season with paprika and salt and pepper, to taste. Bake until browned on both sides.

    Add the mayonnaise, stirring in a few drops of spicy sriracha sauce.

    Serve the kebabs and dipping sauce as the main dish, appetizer or snack at your next party or big gathering.
