These cauliflower bread rolls are just as good as the traditional bread rolls. They’re delicious and good for your family thanks to the cauliflower. They’re a great alternative to bread and burgers. You can serve them for dinner, spread some butter on them or you can fill them with your favorite ingredients, just as you would with hamburger bread. You can also sprinkle some sesame seeds or dry onion on them. The possibilities are endless. I hope you like these delicious cauliflower bread rolls as much as I do.


  • 3 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

    Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Using a food processor, grind the cauliflower until it looks like rice. Remove the excess liquid.

    In a bowl, mix the eggs, cauliflower rice, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt.

    Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet. Make 4 balls of equal size and place them on the paper. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, dried onion and chopped garlic. Press slightly so they stick to the rolls.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bread settles. Remove them from the oven and let them cool down directly over a rack. Once they’ve cooled, they’re ready to be served.
