As we all know, carrots, the green lemon and the orange have an endless number of properties, and the Cilantro is the herb that gives our creation an aroma, and takes me back to my childhood Sundays when we would visit my abuelita, who was always sure to include it in her love-filled meals. As usual, we add a touch of yogurt to make it unforgettable!
