cup raisins, soaked overnight (or 2 tablespoons maple sugar)

cups carrots, peeled and chopped

cups almond milk

bananas, frozen

teaspoon vanilla extract

teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon ground nutmeg

teaspoon ground ginger

cup shredded toasted coconut for garnish

cup crushed Cheerios™ cereal for garnish

    Place the first 8 ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
