Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raisins, soaked overnight (or 2 tablespoons maple sugar)
  • 2 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup shredded toasted coconut for garnish
  • 1/3 cup crushed Cheerios™ cereal for garnish

Directions

  • 1
    Place the first 8 ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • 2
    Combine coconut and Cheerios™ in a small bowl. Stir with a spoon to combine.

    Serve and garnish with toasted coconut and Cheerios™ mixture.
