The cabbage niño envuelto is a classic dish of cabbage leaves stuffed with ground beef and baked in tomato sauce. This dish, also known as cabbage rolls, a dish that I enjoy from my childhood. My grandmother used to prepare her cabbage niño envuelto at least once a month. I loved it when the comforting scent of baked cabbage greeted me when I got home from school. I always thought my grandmother had spent hours in the kitchen to prepare them, but since I started preparing them for my family I discovered that it is much easier than I thought. MORE + LESS -
