Ingredients

bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts

cup frozen mango chunks
1/2
cup frozen strawberries

medium banana, cut up
1/2
cup pineapple juice

    Cook broccoli as directed on bag. Rinse with cold water until cooled. Drain.

    In blender, place 1/3 cup of the cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. (Cover and refrigerate remaining broccoli for another use.) Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.

    Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

  • For food safety reasons, frozen vegetables must be cooked.
  • Keep frozen mango on hand for smoothies. Besides adding flavor and thickness to your smoothies, it saves you time, since the mango is already peeled and cut into cubes.
