My favorite summer recipes tend to be the ones that use few ingredients and don’t require any baking. One such recipe, and my favorite whenever I have guests, is the one for these wholesome and delicious apples that can be ready in a few minutes with just a couple of ingredients. For this recipe, I decided to use Fiber One™ cereal for a crunchy texture that goes great with the cheese and apple flavors. I used green apples but you can use red ones, if you prefer.
