Ingredients

Ingredients for cereal balls

  • 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios™
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Ingredients for yogurt drizzle

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1 (5.3-ounce) container Yoplait® Greek Yogurt, strawberry flavor

Directions

  • 1
To prepare cereal balls: In a large bowl, combine the first 4 cereal ball ingredients. Stir to thoroughly combine. Set aside.
  • 2
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond butter and honey. Heat for 30 seconds, stirring thoroughly after 15 seconds.
  • 3
Add warm almond butter mixture to dry mixture. Stir thoroughly then mix with hands once mixture is cool to the touch.
  • 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes. Roll mixture into 16 2-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Place in freezer to set for 30 minutes.
  • 5
To prepare yogurt drizzle: In a small bowl add water and whisk gelatin until it dissolves. Set aside for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens into a paste.
  • 6
In a separate small microwave-safe bowl, heat yogurt for 30 seconds, stirring at 15 seconds.
  • 7
Remove from microwave and whisk in gelatin paste and stir to combine completely.
  • 8
Spoon in yogurt mixture in a sandwich plastic bag. Snip a small hole in one of the corners. Drizzle yogurt mixture on cereal bites or dip half way thru. Return drizzled cereal balls to the prepared sheet and let yogurt drizzle set for at least 30 minutes.
