I must admit, I’m very careful about what I eat around this time of year. Why? Well, with Christmas right around the corner, there’s plenty more eating to be done. With all these delicious and festive meals happening back-to-back, it’s best not to wait until January to pay attention.
What I’m doing is trying to maintain a nutritious diet. These shakes are wonderful and very tasty. You can enjoy them for breakfast or as a snack between meals.
