  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® Greek yogurt, plain flavor
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup acai juice

    In the glass of a blender place the ice, the Greek yogurt, blueberries, and grated coconut.

    Add the honey, coconut milk and acai juice.

    Blend at medium-high speed for 1 minute or until you get a soft and creamy consistency.

    Pour into a big glass. Garnish with grated coconut and blueberries. Enjoy!
