Tropical fruits and ham make delicious appetizers in 20 minutes.

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced prosciutto or fully cooked ham, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
  • 1 large mango or papaya, peeled, pitted or seeded, and cut into 12 pieces
  • 12 medium strawberries

Instrucciones

  • 1
    Wrap strips of prosciutto around mango pieces and strawberries. Secure with toothpicks.

  • Fresh, already-sliced mango can be purchased in jars in most produce sections.
  • Strawberries can become mushy once they have been in water, so wash them just before you are going to use them.
