Hornea 10 minutos. Reduce la temperatura del horno a 350°F; hornea de 45 a 50 minutos más o hasta que al introducir un cuchillo cerca del centro, éste salga limpio. Enfría por completo en una rejilla, aproximadamente 1 hora 30 minutos. Adorna con la crema batida y el jengibre cristalizado adicional. Guarda la tarta tapada en el refrigerador.
