Precalienta el horno a 400°F. Engrasa una charola o bandeja para horno con manteca vegetal o spray especial para cocinar. Inserta un palillo en cada final de la salchicha. Separa la masa en 10 bisquets y separa cada bisquet en 4 círculos.
Enrolla el bisquet en la salchicha sellando los lados con cuidado.

En un platito mezcla el huevo y la leche. En otro plato mezcla el cornmeal y el azúcar. Desliza cada banderilla en la mezcla del huevo cubriéndola ligeramente y luego en la mezcla del harina de maíz. Colócalas en la charola con la abertura tocando la charola.

Hornea 10 a 12 minutos o hasta que estén doraditas en la parte de arriba y también la parte que toca la charola. Retira de la charola con una espátula. Sirve con la salsa catsup y la mostaza.
