1 package (1.9 oz) frozen mini fillo shells can be substituted for wonton wrappers.

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Using ungreased 12-cup mini muffin pan, line each cup with 1 wonton wrapper, making sure points fold over muffin cup edges. Brush with butter; sprinkle with sugar.
  • 3 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
  • 4 Spoon about 1 tablespoon yogurt into each cup. Top with apricot slices and raspberries. Garnish with mint. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator up to 1 day.
