The time has come to return to school, and with it the morning ritual of preparing the lunchbox. It’s recommended to try and incorporate fruit into your child’s diet, but to convince them to accept it easily, it’s important to prepare recipes that are visually attractive. These exquisite cups combine fruit, yogurt and cereal in a way no kid could refuse. Even the adults can get in on this healthy and deliciosa snack. It can be readily prepared in just five minutes, and you’ll rest satisfied that you’ve sent your child off to classes with a nourishing lunch at their fingertips.

Ingredients

  • 1 portion Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Multigrain Cheerios™ cereal

Directions

  • 1
    First spoon two tablespoons of Greek yogurt into a cup or small bowl.

    Cover with one tablespoon of honey.
  • 3
    Place some slices of mango, strawberries and a few whole blueberries on top.
  • 4
    Next, add another layer of yogurt and honey before topping with more fruit.

    Finish by sprinkling some cereal on top and serve immediately.

    The Greek yogurt can be switched for classic vanilla yogurt as well.
