Directions

  • 3 In a deep bowl, shred or tear the tomatoes apart and add the diced garlic.
  • 4 Afterward, add the olive oil, basil leaves, salt and pepper to the tomatoes.
  • 5 Then open the can of tuna and break the meat into pieces with help of a fork. Combine the tuna with the tomato mixture.
  • 6 To serve, place the pasta in a salad bowl with the tomato mixture on top. Sprinkle the diced bell peppers over the whole salad.
  • 7 Garnish with a few pieces of hard-boiled egg and some basil leaves. Eat at room temperature.
