Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, mix Yogurt Dressing ingredients until well blended. Set aside.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix grapes, peaches, strawberries and jicama.
  • 3 To serve, cut each watermelon slice into 10 wedges; remove rind. Arrange 5 melon wedges on each of 8 plates in a circle with points outward to look like a star. Spoon fruit mixture onto center of each star. Top with dressing; sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
