Directions

  • 1 Heat the oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Debone the chicken breasts, remove the skin, and cut them into fairly large pieces.
  • 3 Season with garlic salt to taste, cover with plastic wrap, and allow them to marinate for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
  • 4 In a bowl, mix the flour, the panko, and a little more garlic salt.
  • 5 In another bowl, mix the beaten egg and the milk.
  • 6 Dip the chicken pieces into the egg and milk wash, and dredge them in the bowl with flour and panko.
  • 7 Make sure that the chicken is well coated.
  • 8 Grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
  • 9 Place the breaded chicken pieces in the pan and bake them for about 15 minutes, or until they look golden brown.
  • 10 Make the sauce by mixing the mustard with the honey.
  • 11 Serve the chicken nuggets hot, with the sauce on the side.
