Expert Tips

Once ice cream is in freezer-safe container, mix in chocolate chips, berries or crushed cookies to create a fun new flavor.

Directions

  • 1 Peel and dice banana into bite sized pieces. Place diced banana in freezer-safe plastic bag and freeze overnight.
  • 2 The following day place half of the frozen bananas in a food processor and pulse to break up frozen banana, scraping down as needed. Once all pieces are broken up, blend until smooth, scraping down as needed.
  • 3 Place first batch of ice cream in a freezer-safe container, place in freezer and repeat this proceeds with the remaining half.
  • 4 Once the second half is added to freezer-safe container, freeze until solid.
  • 5 Serve topped with Multi-Grain Cheerios™.

A one ingredient ice cream made entirely of bananas! This ice cream involves no cooking and requires only a food processor, plus it’s good enough to enjoy for breakfast – yay!
