The sweetness of sweet potatoes and the saltiness of black beans combine perfectly in this sweet potato and bean burrito dish. This is a good-for-you and delicious way of getting proteins if you’re trying to skip meat for a few days of the week or if you prefer vegetarian food. I like them because they’re super easy to make and of course, they’re simply delicious. MORE + LESS -
