Appetizers can mean several things depending on the context in which they are served. We all know that an appetizer in a restaurant is a smaller-sized entrée. In Peru we call this action "piqueo", and it's one of my favorite ways to eat! Who doesn’t like to nibble on a little bit of everything? When it comes to the most fun summer celebration of them all–BBQs– these foods are what keep everyone going while waiting for whatever is on the grill to be ready. The bigger the variety, the merrier. If you want to breeze through your next summer celebration, check this stuffed artichoke hearts out. This appetizer recipe is the easiest thing to make in the world, it calls for just a few ingredients, and it doesn't involve any cooking! MORE + LESS -
