Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day because it provides the energy we need to start our day off right. I prefer starting my day off with cereal or oatmeal, but occasionally I prepare a shake or a serving of yogurt with fresh fruits. It’s an excellent option when it comes to finding alternatives for your kids. The truth is that there’s nothing better than enjoying a breakfast you love! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

(6 oz) Yoplait® strawberry lowfat yogurt
1/2
cup of Yogurt Burst™ Cheerios™ cereal
1/2
cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2
cup of low fat milk
1
tablespoon of agave syrup

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend at high speed until the mixture is creamy.

    Serve immediately in two cups.

Expert Tips

  • Try it with raspberries or peaches, or use strawberry (or vanilla) Greek yogurt.
  • You can also add a couple of ice cubes if you like.
