There are days when my body calls for a reboot and cleanse; especially right after New Year's when resolutions are still going strong. A nice morning workout goes a long way and keeps me energized throughout the day. For a pre-workout drink I like to enjoy a beet and strawberry smoothie. Beets help in detoxification and are a good source of fiber. Coconut water helps me stay hydrated and feeling great throughout the day.
