package (9-oz) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and strained

cup of natural yogurt

cup of low fat mayonnaise

scallions, only the white, cut into thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste

    Mix the spinach, yogurt, mayo and scallions in a food processor.

    Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Keep the dip covered and refrigerated until you're ready to serve.
