Dips are a must when it comes to reunions with friends and family. I always like to have a veggie platter for vegetable lovers like myself. The problem is that once I’ve started eating them, I simply can’t stop. I prepared a dip with yogurt and chives for the veggie platter because I was looking for an alternative with fewer calories that still has delicious flavor. You can serve it with vegetables, chips, crackers or anything you like. I hope you enjoy it! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

cup yogurt

tablespoon olive oil

tablespoon lemon juice
1
tablespoon finely chopped chives
1
teaspoon sugar
1/2
teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4
teaspoon salt
Black pepper, to taste

Directions

    Mix the yogurt, oil, lemon, sugar mustard and salt in a bowl.

    Add the chopped chives.

    Mix and season to taste.
  • 4
    Serve right away and add freshly ground pepper and more chives as decoration.
