Sesame seeds give dishes a special flavor. In this recipe, it works as a sort of “breading” for the tuna steaks. These steaks are very easy to make, and they’re ready in less than half an hour.
I suggest you look for high quality tuna steaks. Tuna is only browned on the sides and you can’t leave it in the oil for long because it can overcook easily. The corners should turn beige as the center stays pink.
Serve with fresh salad.
