I am a loyal pumpkin lover because it is delicious and nutritious. It is used in soups, desserts and different dishes, to add color and texture that is pleasant to your eyes and palate. You can also use it to make a great smoothie. Try this recipe, which is one of my favorite ones. Everyone at home ask me to prepare it again. Enjoy it!

  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can of pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup of Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices and 1/8 to sprinkle
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, if desired for decorations

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, yogurt, sugar, ice cream, spices, milk and ice cubes in a blender until softened.
  • 2
    Pour it in the glasses you previously put in the freezer.

    Cover with whipped cream, sprinkle with the spices.
