Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ pinto beans, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped, or 1 cup petite diced tomatoes, drained (from 14.5-oz can)

Directions

    In 1-quart saucepan, heat pinto beans uncovered over medium heat until hot.

    Stir in remaining ingredients; continue cooking until thoroughly heated. To serve, spoon into shallow bowls.
