Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. In 12-inch skillet, cook chorizo over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink. Measure drippings from pan; if necessary, add vegetable oil to measure total of 3 tablespoons. Add celery, onion, garlic, oregano and thyme; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly softened. Stir in pears to coat.
