How to Make Flan
Peruvian Arroz con Pollo
Milk Chocolate Fondue
milk chocolate fondue
package (11 1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)
tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur, kirsch, brandy or half-and-half
Angel food cake cubes
Mandarin orange segments
Miniature cream puffs
Pound cake cubes
Vanilla wafer cookies
Heat chocolate chips and half-and-half in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat. Stir in liqueur. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish.
Spear Dippers with fondue forks, and dip into fondue. (If fondue becomes too thick, stir in a small amount of half-and-half.)
Use purchased pound cake, brownies, angel food cake and miniature cream puffs. Ask the kids to cut the cakes and brownies into cubes.
If you are a lover of dark chocolate, you can substitute semisweet chocolate chips or sweet cooking chocolate for the milk chocolate chips in this recipe.
