I love visiting Mexico and I normally make the trip once a year. I get to see my family, enjoy the music at parties and, above all, I get to eat delicious Mexican food. When we eat at home, the menu usually consists of rice, some kind of meat, beans and fruits. But, I have the most fun going out and eating street food like enchiladas, pozole, tacos and sopes. But one very popular item that I always have to eat when I'm there are the hot dogs. Mexican hot dogs can be as simple as a sausage with mustard, ketchup and tomatoes or they can be a little more complicated like this recipe I'm sharing with you today. These delicious hot dogs are covered in bacon and served on hot buns with pico de gallo and peppers in vinegar. So delicious! Now you can prepare them at home! MORE + LESS -
