Replace the mid-afternoon coffee with this sweet chocolaty treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon decaffeinated instant espresso (powder)
  • 2 packets of instant Mexican hot chocolate powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

Directions

    In a small saucepan over medium heat warm the milk and dissolve the espresso powder and packets of chocolate. Stir until smooth.

    In a separate bowl mix the yogurt and sweetened condensed milk. Pour chocolate, milk and espresso mix; mix all ingredients until well blended.

    Pour mixture into the paleta molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
