The combination is rich and creamy and perfectly paired with good quality, ready-made chocolate eggs that could be found at your local grocery or candy store. Ingredients

3-inch hollow, good-quality chocolate eggs
2/3
cup quince jam, chopped
1/2
cup cream cheese, at room temperature
Easter sprinkles, to garnish

    Carefully slice chocolate eggs in half, lengthwise. Set aside.

    In a food processor, place quince jam and cream cheese and pulse until ingredients incorporate.

    Place cream cheese/quince filling in a piping bag or small airtight bag (snip one of the corners of the bag).

    Pipe filling in chocolate eggshells and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Expert Tips

  • Instead of sprinkles, decorate with nuts or sweetened coconut flakes for a more adult version.
