With summer approaching, we started improving on our eating habits to get us ready for beach season. We've added more fruits and veggies to our meals and started a daily exercise regimen. I walk my son to school everyday and start my mornings off with a fruit and veggie smoothie. One of my favorites is this mango spinach smoothie in order get a serving of fruits and vegetables first thing in the morning. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

cup mango, peeled and chopped

cup baby spinach

cup whole oatmeal

cup vanilla yogurt
1/2
cup ice

    Place all the ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth and enjoy!

  • You can also use precut frozen mango instead of adding ice.
