Pizza is always a good option and one of my favorites when it comes to preparing something quickly, especially when I'm trying to get out of the kitchen. This is why pizza is a great option from time to time. To stray from the traditional, I decided to add a touch of fruit. I like preparing them and adding different flavors, sometimes I use pita bread or tortillas. I love them! Since I'm home all day, it's very easy and if invite a friend over for lunch, I'm sure they're going to love the taste! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

mango, cut into thin slices

(4 oz) package of pancetta into small cubes
1
cup of mozzarella cheese

Cheese Totino's™ Party Pizza™ frozen pizza (any variety)

    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Don't use the microwave.
  • 2
    Bake the pizzas according to their instructions. About 15 minutes.
  • 3
    Remove from the oven and add 1/4 of the cheese to each ones along with pancetta and pieces of mango.

    Place back in the oven for 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Expert Tips

  • You can add pieces of fresh pineapple and diced ham.
  • You can also use Pillsbury™ pizza dough.
