How to Make Flan
Peruvian Arroz con Pollo
lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
cups hot water
box Betty Crocker™ Hamburger Helper™ lasagna
box (9 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
Stir in hot water, uncooked Pasta and Sauce Mix. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 14 to 16 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in spinach; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and simmer about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
