This recipe has hemp, pumpkin seeds, and honey, so you can imagine how enjoyable it is. These hemp, pumpkin seed honey bars are the perfect solution for those times that you need to beat hunger quickly!

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup dried apricots

    Heat up the honey with the almond butter in a pot over low heat until it boils.

    In a separate container, mix the hemp seeds and the pumpkin seeds.

    Crush the apricots in a food processor or blender. Add them to the seeds.

    Add the hot honey with butter. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.

    Pour the mix in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press with a spatula to get an even layer. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the mixture hardens.

    Cut the bars with a knife.
